Lifecycle Email Design & Strategy
Overview
InsideTracker needed a way to re-engage members who had fully expired and were now experiencing a degraded version of the product. I designed a multi-touch winback workflow that directly addressed churn drivers, highlighted the loss of value in an expired state, and used targeted offers to encourage re-purchase.
This project combined lifecycle strategy, UX-focused messaging, and email design to create a cohesive, personalized winback experience.
Strategy
I created a three-email automated workflow triggered 30 days after a member’s expiration date. Each email strategically escalates urgency and offer value while reinforcing what users are missing without an active subscription.
