TB12 Body Coach App

Health & Fitness App

Prioritize recovery and smart training

TB12 wanted an app that suits people interested in long-term health and performance over quick transformations. It's ideal if you:

  • Want to train smarter to avoid injury (especially useful for older athletes or those with past issues).

  • Appreciate a science-backed, holistic method (recovery + nutrition + mindset).

  • Prefer home/gym-minimal workouts with bands and bodyweight.

It's less about high-intensity HIIT blasts or bodybuilding aesthetics and more about building resilience and feeling great long-term—aligned with Brady's "sustain peak performance" mantra.

As Senior Brand Manager of Digital Design, I owned the creative and experiential direction of the platform. I defined how the product looks, feels and communicates across interface design, interaction patterns, language and brand expression. I created the visual identity of TB12 Body Coach app and led all marketing, product and brand output to ensure a single, coherent voice from product to market.
